Just got back into 1946. Haven't been around much since the old site went down, and my computer crashed (taking everything I had for '46 with it). Long story short, I downloaded the 4.08 patch, with dialup, again, (yeah, I know hock: ) . The 4.09m patch is much too big for me to download.

If this doesn't sound too ridiculous at this point in time, being that I appear to be several years behind everyone else here, could someone point me in the direction of one of the older mod activators that works with 4.08m, if they still exist? The big, newer mod packs are way to big for me to attempt on dialup, so for now I'm stuck with 4.08 and smaller mods downloaded one at a time (sounds, etc).

I'd sure appreciate any help getting back into mods. :oops:

Go to an internet cafe with a couple of blank DVDs, and download the latest stuff.

There are two huge MODS pack - Ultrapack and HSFX - Ultrapack contains HSFX and a few extra MODS - their pretty much UI 1.2

Or you can have the SAS MOD activar to install mods one at a time - but many people go with one of the top ones :wink:

Sorry you can't get the MOD activators any more but is you do then you would be out of date :roll:
