Hi,
I've sent some PM and they stay in the outbox folder instead of passing to the sent messages folder.
Is that normal ?

Yes this is very normal, it will only go to the send box, when the person who you sent the PM to opens it. In other words, it will remain in your outbox till the person reads it.
