Hi all

I had Forgotten Battles installed for a long time on my PC but never really used it as much as I should have
so although a totaly newb to 1946 I do have experience in IL-2

My install is patched up to v4.09m but im looking to have fun with new mods, going online maybe playing co-op missions or just generally having fun in servers performing aerobatics or racing

Can anyone point me towards anywhere that would welcome someone like me to their fold?

Im 30, have a lot of experience in Flight sims and like making movies

I can help.

One of my best recommendations is that someone join a dedicated online squadron. There might be over a thousand IL-2 squadrons around the world. I belong to the Fallen Angels Squadron and have flown with a bunch of our affiliate squads. I suggest that someone find a squad which they like and work from there. Use what mods for IL-2 that they use.

Steps:

1) Find and join an online squadron.

2) Choose the modding system which your squadron uses, at least for start. You can try other things after that on a separate installation of IL-2.

3) Get the right patches which your squadron uses.
