Fortunately, this kind of music will probably not die in the future!
i predict he'll vanish. If he gets promoted now, instead of at an age when he's matured enough to cope with the music business, he'll fall apart when he reaches that age.
Sadly talent is no guarantee of success. I've seen guitar players that were absolutely jaw droppingly good, but many simply don't care because it's easy, there's no challenge, and once a guy discovers motorbikes and girls, guitars almost always come in third place. For others, there's some mitigating factor. Disabled, no career support, lack of opportunity (though I accept making opportunities is part of the game, so is the good fortune to be where it matters when the influential guy is wandering around)
