I have seen in some screens and in some tracks pilots heads turning to face the dircetion the plane is turning - is there a mod for this? How do you get pilots to turn there heads in game?

I think those are AI pilots tracking their target. It would be very cool to see our buddy's view direction with their TrackIR in game.
