I installed the sound mod, yes. AND I ALSO TRIED THE DGEN fix. HELL I even deleted the entire DGEN folder. EVERYTHING IS IN RUSSIAN! Please help .

Problem fixed. I ran soundmod extractor again.I dont know what the problem was.
It happens when theres no "files" folder.
