In the MODS folder, inside STD, under planes.ru, I went throught a couple of them and changed names accordingly to fit the way I wanted For example, I changed the DB-3F into PZL.37 for the mod....

But one problem....I can't change the names oF TWO specific aircraft. The B-24 and the new I-153 (BS+2xShKAS). No matter what I do, the names will not change...

Can anyone help me?

First, I would just check that the folders are not set to "read only" (right click, then select "properties").

This is all in the one, same file, mind you. Just two of them are not working for some reason. any thoughts?

Sorry, I didn't read your post well enough the first time!
If they are all entries in the planes.ru file, I don't know why they won't change.

Maybe someone else can help?

hey there, i've had this same problem, and the fix is simple, and is caused by typos in the plane_ru file. to fix it, open the plane_ru and air.ini files, then copy the name in the first column from the air.ini file "I-153_2SHKAS_BS" and replace it over the name in the first column for the same plane in the plane_ru file which is named incorrectly. do the same for the B-24 and all should be well
