Added Ki-87 with all of information you posted here to Axis experimental and 'what if' aircraft request library at viewtopic.php?p=92599#92599 and if you have any additional information and source on this aircraft, let me know and I will update Ki-87 information in the list.

A very interesting plane. With its large dimensions (12m long, 13,5m wingspan), 6 ton weight, heavy firepower (2x20mm + 2x30mm), 2.400HP turbo supercharged engine, excellent high alt performance (720kph) and ceiling (13km), it would be a true counterpart to P-47.

i think we can easyly cut 20km/h and about 100hp remember japanese fuel.but anyway performance should be something like p47 late versions or even bit better but it doesnt matter at first it needs 3d.This is beast like p47 see compartment with p47 and last pic with Shiden-Kai

a bit longer than p47 and almost closed front cowling o yes BIG FIGHTER.In plans it was projected to replace ki84,ki46 as high altitude fighter to take down b29's easier, with that engine and turbo this plane had great performances. It was one of these which end of WWII stoped their final tests and quit(as for japanese way)make some part of preproduction line like on Ki-84 case.
