Im really sorry if I missed this in one of the Great tutorials out there, I did look around for this before asking, but im sure i overlooked it.

I need to extract two textures from the Game so I can blend them together and make one texture to use on my Korean War Map.

You can extract .tga files with the SFS extractor, and convert them into usable format with this tool: (The link is inoperative)
