I believe the Austrian air force was reconstituted a few years prior to the Anschluss, in 1935 or '36 or such. That meant it didn't have much time to organize or build up. But it did exist in 1938, small and dwarfed when it came to confronting Germany.

I know it had Ju-52's and some biplanes, also probably German. some Ju-86's and Italian Cr-32, Cr-20's and Caproni 133's.

other than that, I would also second the move to ask Gaston to include austria into his nations Mod.
even the DDR / GDR is there. so surely not limited to WWII contenders.

Well the Anschluss had to be ratified by vote and even historians do not argue that the majority of Austrians (Over 90%) voted for the union.
Not trying to provoke anybody just stating the facts.
