This is probably more of a help question than a request, but i wasnt sure where to post.
Anyway,
I use New View, but with the1.1 UI pack, there is some interference with the mouse pan, no matter what version i use (DOF, no DOF, no mods, mods, 4.08 or 4.09).
I've been trying figure this out, as it might also be a config.ini problem.
With the original unmodded 4.08 il2, my newview works as it should. I have speed accelerator buttons, center view buttons, and other functions so I can keep the view locked and centered even if i bump or move the mouse.
With the 1.1 Ui mod pack, New View has some quirks.
It pans well, but it wont stay locked on center view, cause when i move the mouse, the actaul Il2 mouse pan responds, outside of New View. In some cases it even overides New View, and completely deactivates it with out me pressing a button to do so. In mid flight, im having to press extra buttons to reactivate New View in the program, which can be a handful if you are also in combat.
I was wondering if i needed to to do something with New View to make it work properly with the mods, or if there is an adjustment in config.ini that i've missed.
