Hi guys, I have been building missions using the Korean Map, and I run out of North Korean slots while building the missions. I was wondering if we could get Russian in Blue (alternate) along with the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) in blue. That would give us a few more slots to put aircraft. It would also be nice to have corresponding markings. I know it would be a lot to ask for pertinent squadrons, so just having the Country and markings would be fantastic.

Oh yeah, I have been wanting to get this request in for awhile and just keep forgetting. I don't know how hard it would be but the feature is already in the game in a different format. And that's flight formation. I was wondering how hard it would be to get the formation order into the FMB, so when I build a formation I can put it the formation I want instead of what the default is. It looks kind of funny when you have a big formation and they are all in right echelon, when you would like to have some in left echelon to balance the formation. I would love to be able to put early brit formations into Vics instead of eschelons or finger fours... How hard would it be to get that put into FMB as an option to your A/C Properties screen?..

If you want russians as enemy for the western allies, just take the alternate western allies in blue and leave the russians red. Yes, in forgotten countries is e.g. USAAF (blue), And RAF (blue), so that you can create such scenarios.
For the other faction you could use skins with these markings.
About the formations, no idea, sorry

Yes that is entirely possible, but then you lose the South Korean, RAAF, SAAF, and other United Nations countries that took part in the war. And on the blue side you lose the North Koreans. Hence my query on whether or not those countries could be added to the blue side at some future date. And I believe the Chinese on the Red side are Nationalist not PRC............................................... :???:

Yes, that seems to be right.
Maybe you should pm the creator of forgotten nations mod and request an update at him...
And by the way you could ask if he could include the (western) german air force after the war, because its not included yet. Only the german democratic republic (eastern germany) airforce.

Amen... we really need some more blue nations... we especially need the Russians and Red Chinese (as noted.) but also additional US (and other country's) Korean War squadrons or post WW2 squadrons would ALSO be muchly appreciated, though that might not come under the Nations mod. (dunno)

really, this is seriously a big and important need.

i hope somebody can do this for us.
