Yes, it is a quality pic, except....

1 - The aircraft wheels aren't chocked, thus breaking standard safety procedures
2 - The mechanic is working alone without a comrade to watch for persons or objects liable to interfere with the propellor and/or suffer from propwash
3 - There is no fire extinguisher present thus any engine fault causing a fire will result in a lost airframe - and if the aeroplane is armed, possibly worse

1 - Thats the pilot not the mechanic.
2 - The mechanic is taking the photo hence the pilot is grinning and the extinguisher is behind him out of shot.
3 - Note the position of the tail wheel , the pilot has just spun into wind before shutting the fuel off.
