Is it just me or are the graphics in 4.09m worse than in 4.08m?
The water for example looks like it's set to water=1!
But I set it to 4 :???:
Whats going on???

No, I have only installed the 2 patches. Nothing else.

Water=4 only matters if you have Hardwareshaders=1 and ForceShaders1x=0
