Two part update this week. We're showing continuing improvements to our terrain, as well as the brutality of war.

Screen 1 - pilot dead, bombardier dying. Top and waist gunners alive.
Screen 2 - same moment from another angle
Screen 3 - another short burst kills the rest of the crew

A lot of people have been moaning about the size of the pilots. maybe you will think they are too small as well, But if you view the discussions on 1cpublishing you will see photo's that show pilots in there hurri's that look the same size as in the SOW pictures, so maybe the pilots in il2 are to big :roll: .

Actually, it is from the 2010-9-3 SoW thread. People were complaining that the Hurricane pilot was too small, or too low in the cockpit. This was Luthier's response:

I think it's now been conclusively demonstrated that seats were adjustable, how high the pilot is probably depends on whether he is more concerned about seeing over the nose, or getting shot at - they seem to have lowered the seat in combat.

I think a feature of this should be a random Height/Size of your Pilot,ranging from Small/Medium/Large, unless you have a preset height assigned to a Historical Ace or your own pilot.

No biggie but it would certainly add realism and probably be more noticeable in the bombers.
