You are most likely going to have to wait untill they update it to work with track ir .One thought you might want to see if you have the latest update for tracker mine seems to be fine and I have the latest update plus 4.10

Check your controls section of the game and make sure that those keys aren't already assigned to other functions.
You also need to check your Conf.ini file and make sure that TrackIr is enabled.

Perfect.
Now just make sure that you don't have F12, F9 or any other key that the Track iR uses being used in IL-2.
Also, don't use the IL-2 profile that comes with the Track iR software. Use the 'Combat Flight Sim' Profile.

What do you mean the 'TIR Button won't work'? Are you referring to the F9, F12?
I'm assuming that you already checked the game 'Controls' section to ensure that the F9 and F12 aren't assigned to some other command.
If you are running Windows Vista or Win 7, do the following:
Right click on the Track iR icon.
Select compatibility
Check the 'Run as administrator' box.
Click 'Apply'
Hopefully that will solve the issue for you.
