I've been noticing a lot lately that my bombs hardly ever explode when I drop them.

I normally fly single engine A/C flying with only 1 or 2 bombs. I thought there was a randomization on how often a bomb works but has to be around a 90% inop bomb rate when I get a chance to drop them.

Same goes for torpedoes, no matter how low and slow I fly they always break up on entry. Normally I try to fly on edge of stall, and at 50-100ft give or take.

how low are you towards the ground? they tend not to explode at like 0-150 for the most part, if thats not your problem then i wouldn't know

With 4.10.x, bombs have a 2 sec fuze. They must travel in the air for 2 or more sec before arming.
As for torps, they each have their own drop parameters. You have to read through the 4.10m manual to find the envelope for each type of torp.
