DM, perhaps he should reconsider it for lower end PC's for visual effects like explosions, smoke, fire and Tank treads. I am sure there are many other uses. As an example you can see animated texture treads and fire in World of Tanks and they look very nice.

Explosions, smoke and fire don't use animated textures in this sim unlike older game engines that use animated textures for them things, believe me if they did then I would be using it for the tank treads, things that move in this sim like tank parts, props, wheels and so on are done mechanically with a 3D part and that's just the way it is.
