is there any way of making aircraft able to re-arm in coop missions, in cfs2 this was possible. can a mod be made to allow this?

What's a realistic minimum time to rearm/refuel? 20-30 minutes? Doesn't seem too useful unless it's done powerup style (meaning anything less than 20 minutes).
