I don't think there's any alternative german speech pack available. I know there exists a german chater pack (just random Luftwaffe chat, not the german AI chat)somewhere but that's another thing. That would be cool to have a good alternative german pack I agree. As well as a US one. Cry

I know there is an alternative German and Russian voice pack which has the accents, but they speak English. Don't know if thats what you're after, but you can have a look at mission4today.com for those.... Smile

The Chatter pack I have I really like a lot.
It goes in the music folder.Only three samples but they are spread out in a really good way as to work with the games voices. It adds a lot of great immersion.
There is even a female controller on it.

I have one- I cannot remember where I got it. It's pretty good in that there is less "girly-man" screaming from pilots in distress, but some of the volume levels are very uneven.

Murph,in reality radio transmissions were very uneven. They werent great.
Radio channels were often garbled with too many people yacking and a lot of static. The British established stringent rules after the BOB.Often times pilots were told to stay off the radios by their section leaders unless of an emergency.Hand signals were used a lot.It was the leaders call.

German radios stunk according to Gunther Rall.I have a piece of film where he says that like the British they used hand sigs and paid attention to their section or Staffel leaders quck radio directions. Smile

lol.. Have you ever been in anything that has caught fire and is full of fuel and ammunition?
Have you actualy recieved 20 or 30mm impacting on or close to your position?
I can guarantee you some 'girlie' squealing will often creep into the conversation!
