If there is not already an explanation for the various sound related settings within the PRS file then I would hope that someone with an understanding of this file format would publish a guide.
There are a lot of individual sound mods coming out post .93 which do not "play well" within the existing sound mod or owing to variation in user's sound cards would be better served if a user could go into that PRS file and tweak what setting he/she wants in order to get the best sound they could out of a given .wav file.
As an example I have recently downloaded sound mods which had:
1. Much higher or lower gain (volume) when compared with other sounds already part of the .93 mod
2. The sounds were recorded in stereo when other sounds were in mono
3. The sounds were recorded at some rate other than 44100
So if we were to have an explanation of the PRS file then individual users could go into that file knowing what values to change in order to better meet the desired sound within the boundaries of their existing system specifications.
