In the two weeks I spent trying to get il2 to fly on these mods I had (for a short time) a scenario I noticed while looking at the enemy aircraft via the outside views, that either the cockpit or gunner station was all red, and that crewmember was doubled over in a dead position.

Was that a mod or did I stumble onto a setting in the config.ini file that launched that scenario?

Kinda cool...How do I get it back?

If you open your conf.ini file with Notepad

see if under the [Game] section there is the line

FullGore=1

if you have that enabled then many a/c will give you the view you noticed......see also....

Eh, Fabian, i believe its called HighGore=1 not FullGore :wink:

Thanks...i'll cherck that when I get home tonight...however I believe I already have highgore=1, but I see fron the links that it is just on specific aircraft and not all of them. that would explane the infrequency of seeing them.
