Anyone aware of what causes these white areas to show on some maps?

I don't know, but I have the same color showing up in bottom left corner of my screen on the Normandy map. it in a small traingular shape, even shows through on the dash panel. So far only on one server, and the P-51.

Anywhere else same map same plane no artifacting.

I've never had an ati card, but... with Nvidia cards in the control panel there is an option for 'extention limit' which is related to Open GL in some way which caused some strange effects around coastlines - although it did not look quite like that it might help to check to make sure it is set to 'off'.
