Triad773 Wrote:Hi Gents- I was capturing video from a recorded TRK file where I used 6DOF and it did not seem to be recorded.
Has anyone else had this happen? Anyone able to guess a cause or remedy? I know I had seen videos where clearly the 6DOF is recorded. Not sure what I might be missing.
Any help or ideas appreciated.
Thanks

The TRK recording doesn't seem to record the tilting or zoom in/out function ,if you are using 6DOF, it only records look up/down & look left/right.
If you have made a TRK using 6DOF and you start playing your recording TRK and it looks strange..... what you can do is the next thing,
- when you start playing your recording TRK , pause at the moment that the TRK starts playing, press ESC and set "manual view control" ON
-continue replay TRK, which is still in pause...center TrackIR....and push again on ESC and turn now "manual view control" OFF.....
-if you now return to your recording you can see the replay as if you were only using a TrackIR .....while the movie is playing you can tilt your head using trackIR if you want that, but zoom in/out will not work even now.
I have made some recording, but they were all in realtime and I think that other people have done the same thing . So TRK recording doesnt seem to support fully 6DOF only trackIR.
This video was a recording in realtime not TRK , using 6DOF
