Where can I get the skin for the P47 that is on lthe new UI splash screen?

I have looked and looked...Perhaps it is not for public use?

Hey...Don't worry about finding it anymore...I stumbled across it after hours of looking .

It is at Flying Legends under the P-47 ... click on the number 8
