color code convert for .blabla ?

okey, this will be abit cryptic but those how know, understand what i mean.

i have read some where how to convert the color code,
that look like this 0.718F, 0.176F, 0.102F (this is red)

but how do i get them to RGB and back?

Its already in RGB.

sorry mate, but i think u dont understund, that is not a ordinary RG B that u see in PS

red in RG B contines 3 nuber of etch colour
for exempel red R255G0 B0
hex=#ff0000

so yes in some way its RGB buth what type and how can i see the actual color ?

Those are RGB percentage codes. So to get the normal RGB values multiply each number by 255. There are several websites that show the colors both ways (and other ways too). Here's one:
