Hi!

I've always liked the look of the searchlights at night and how they illuminate clouds and planes, very believable.

But I've always been a bit botherd by the speed with which they move across the sky. Looks a bit like someone waveing with a handheld torch.

Could the searchlights be made to move a bit slower, not much, just a little bit, but to simulate a heavy searchlight?

Actually, I think the speed is about right IMHO. Remember that the beam of light is very, very long and moving the searchlight only a short distance at the ground makes the rest of the beam move quite a long way!
