Haven't played a campaign for ages,got through the first mission O.K,second didnt load,it would appear that a couple of my I-16s have gone A.W.O.L.I got this message on my loading screen
INTERNAL ERROR/HierMeshObj cant load
HIM3DO/PLANE/I-1624/hier.him
this only applies to the I-1624s,any ideas what i need to do?
i think it may be a conflict with the swordfish as it uses the rata cockpit,however if i try to delete the swordfish,my game wont start!
Carts, when you deleted or disabled the Swordfish in the MODS folder, did you also delete or disable this line: "SwordfishMkI air.Swordfish1 1 NOINFO gb01 SUMMER" from the STD/com/maddox//il2/objects/air file?
Place a minus, or any sign in front of the "SwordfishMkI air.Swordfish1 1 NOINFO gb01 SUMMER" entry and see if the sim will launch
You probably know that MODS and other entries can be bypassed with a minus "-" sign placed in front of them.
This allows a check of a problem without actually removing the mod, for anyone not familiar with the sequence. In the case of new planes the air ini line also needs to be bypassed or removed.
