Greetings. New member here. Hopefully I've placed this posting to the right forum section.

I've had the IL2 1946 for some time now but never installed until recently. Now comes the learning curve for this sim, which means I won't be flying online for some time. Somewhere on the net I downloaded a file of about 250 mb and labled 4.08 Mods Megapack V1.0 by gram79. I'm not sure where I got the file and I have not installed the file. My questions: Is this "mod megapack" a file from AAA? Or, do you recommend some other file as opposed to the mod megapack? I would enjoy having a modded version of 1946 as well as the clean version I've installed. Just not quite sure which file (mod file) to install. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Sorry if this is a dumb set of questions but I'm an old flyer of CFS2 and now quite new to the IL2 series but anxious to begin flying.

get the unified installer 1.1 it contains almost all you need.
