Hello everybody, hoped I could ask a question about conf.ini or external views... :-)
I've read that I can adjust the minimum distance of an object to the viewing camera by altering MinLen= in conf.ini under the HookView configuration bit (I want to make it so you can't zoom in so much).
I have managed to adjust the maximum distance, yet effecting a change for the default and minimum distance escapes me - any values I enter make no difference. I wondered if anybody had ever bothered to try this themselves and what luck they had with it? I further wondered if this is something that could be modded. Obviously it would have little benefit other than altering slightly the game aesthetic to better suit my personal and entirely arbitrary sensibilities, so I don't expect anyone to do it...
