Hi i have some problems with playing 1946, 'loading the missions take ages. I allready played Forgotten Battles AEP for years and it runs smooth on my oldy;
AMD Sempron 1.67 GHz, 512 MB RAM, RADEON 9250 128 MB
I guess it's running on the same engine, and the added features aren't that much fireworks right?
Any advice?
Buy a new Graphic card( 1Gb RAM) and 2Gb of RAM
But, yes, in general your pc is not the best... :-?

Hmm...
Afraid to say it looks like you need more ram, graphics, and a processor...!
Annoying the annoying, so you don't have to.
You'll definitely need to upgade your RAM and processor. At the very least you'll need 1 GB of RAM and 2.0 Ghz. Don't expect to be able to run Il-2 at more than medium settings, but that'll definitely improve loading times. (It'll still take a minute or so to load, but I'm sure after 512 megs of RAM it'll seem like an instant :lol: )
Big old upgrade mate, no other way! but then with all the goodies on here and Storm Of War on the horizon (distant horizon using binoculars and a bit of eye strain)
its gonna be worth a slice of your hard earned!!!
