Salute

I am trying to work on a map and I was working on one when I lost my pc and had to reload everything now I cannot even pick a base in the FMB I have tried doing multi things as unlocking the fmb and such but nothing seems to work any ideas what could cause this? I am running XP and I am setup as an admin
