Free French - HELP

Dear All,

I've decided to make a 341 Alsace Sqn skinpack. The problem is that I don't know much about the markings. Did the 341 Spitfires have any specific sqn marking/ crest / Croix Lorraine?

also, do you happen to know the code letters of the pilots?

NL-L: Mouchotte
NL-B: Clostermann
any others?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, sorry something's wrong with my site Sad

Merci beaucoup! I speak French, but I'd rather write in English so that everyone can understand.

Do you think every aircraft of 341 sqn supported such a Croix Lorraine on the cowling?

(this is the plane of Jacques Remlinger)

EDIT: I found a "picture" of Mouchotte's kite, that supports the same Cross:

If you make a Mk.Vb skinpack, don't forget to add the white cowling bands they sported during Operation Jubilee on August 19 1942.

Are you also working on a campaign to use the skinpack with ? Biggin Hill Wing was a great campaign, and I'd love to see the Free French get the same treatment !

Cheers

Nico
