Extracting Maps with SFS Extractor

I've been trying to extract a whole map with all it's component parts from the SFS files.

But I see no rhyme nor reason to the way sfs files are composed. Some apparently contain parts of several maps together and many parts that I am looking for - actors.static files and map_t/h files so i can measure the size, seem to not be present at all in any of the sfs files ...

Clearly I am missing something, either in the way of what sfs files are, how they are composed, where the standard maps reside in-game or how the extractor tool works ...

Any hints on how to go about extracting an actors.static and map_t/h file from a standard map?

I am looking for the maps MTO and Italy specifically. ...

I found several very nice and intricate templates for these maps, but if you try and insert the buildings from a .mis file into a different sized map than which it was made for, the resulting actors file, while being made well by Zuti's Actors Management Tool, never sees to work in the map-maker.

That's why I wanted to try out the mis building entries in a map it was built in ... and try and insert these into the maps actors.static.

MTO is in fb_maps15.SFS and Italy in fb_maps14.SFS. Got latest filelist for extractor?, if not get it from (The link is inoperative)
