I am trying to increase the volume of different effects. I have a good idea of how to increase the sound but my problem is getting the right effect to use. As an example I am using Canons english channel map. The campaign I'm using is called fighterboys. The aircraft that I am flying is the Spitfire MkI 1939. The machinegun that is used in that plane is I beleive a vikkers 303. If I'm wrong please correct me. The problem is the volume is so low you can hardly hear the guns. In the samples and preset foldeers their are quite a few wave and prs files. I've found one file under prs for a 303 and I' tried increasing the volume, it doesn't work. You have to have the right file to increase the volume. This is where I'm having the problem. I can't find that particular wave file. Is there a way of finding theproper files to increase the volumes with. I know this works especially if you have the right file.
If there is anything you can do to help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
