where to get blueprints of P-39 airacobra?

Hi, 8)

after plowing through all the information here (and on the net in general) I still haven't been able
to get me some decent blueprints of the P-39 :-?
Although I have shitloads of megabytes of reference material of many AC it seems to be hard to
come by some highly detailed airacobra stuff...

I'm especially interested in the wings and wingspars so if there's anyone who could help me out...
please do so.

I am no expert on the kinds of documents you are looking for, but have you thought of contacting the Smithsonian Institution?

Perhaps, you can mail-order copies of P-39 documents from here:
