Can you turn HSFX on and off like you can UI? I need to be able to use vanilla 4.09 for mission building.

Yes, but i believe its a bit easier, you just go to your root folder, and instead of UI switcher, look for JGSME and disable all HSFX mods, and only enable Stock 4.09, and you have stock 4.09 back again

Yes you can in the JSGME move all the mods to the lefthand side.
Then make the STOCK 4.09M active by moving it to the right.
STOCK game good to go.
Make a copy of the JSGME on your desk top. Then you have an ICON
right in front of you
