I install the 4.09 mod, and i can't fly some planes online, P-36, Ki-21, B-24 and others.
The respawn bug are present too, some bases are not avaliable too.
Somebody help me!!! :???:

What is the 4.09 mod?

There is a 4.09 Official Patch, but it is not mod, and does not have those planes flyable.
If you want 4.09 modded, you need to install a 4.09 compatible mod activator, such as HSFX or UltraPack, or the SAS Mod Activator.

Some servers in Hyperlobby are using the 4.09 version now. i haved actualized my game to play in there, but some planes are not avaliable now, and some kind of respawn bug are happen in some maps.

Do you mean JSGME? That is not a Mod Activator, it is a switcher.
What Mod Activator did you install:

ENG Sound MOD?
Primary Mod Activator v5.2?
Unified Installer 1.1 or 1.2?
HSFX?
UltraPack?
SAS ModAct?
???

Do you have an air.ini and buttons that include the aircraft you seem to be missing?
