Is there a fix for this?



This has been bugging me for a while .. I just kept ignoring it .. but I was flying stock one day and realized that it wasn't in the stock version so it must be mod related.. I heard about a fix for this does anyone know where I can get it?

That + should not be there. That is in gyro sight only mode.. but it is very s\distracting to me because it is located right in the center of the sight. If you are on the ground and you are using the conventional sight that + is right in the center where the dot is but the dot is superimposed on top of it.. all you can see if you look are the 4 points of the + sticking out from behind the dot ... but when I go to gyro mode this is what I see once I move the dot of the pipper from the center.

That is not supposed to be there .. here is a picture of the stock K-14 sight in gyro mode ..

Note steps 4,5.6 & 7. That + is not supposed to be there.. it only appears on mod planes .. that's why I posted here, AAS and at 242 concerning this. Now on the actual K-14 sight they had the ability to make the fixed ring disappear (see #7) so that what we have now is what you would see if the fixed ring were dimmed and you selected fixed & gyro but the gyro only option should have nothing else but the diamonds and the floating dot..

Are you sure it isn't intentionally placed there to give an idea of the current deflection? I don't find it so annoying.

Should the diamonds be slanted those 15 degrees cw, or should they be like the pages in the book?
