And for the first Airshow of the year 2010, I went to the newly opened Historic Flight Foundation at Paine Field in Everett, Washington. The grand prize was seeing John Sessions B-25D Mitchell named "Grumpy" in which he flew from Duxford, UK to it's new home part of HFF at Paine Field in Washington. The B-25 flew around for 40 minutes and only made two passes. His P-51B "Impatient Virgin?" flew about 15 minutes after the B-25 was done and he made some great passes.
When I got there, I was given the chance to get inside the B-25 and it was simply amazing. I got to climb down from the cockpit into the nose position. It was just something I'll never forget. They still had the 585 gallon fuel tank which they used for the dog leg flights back to Washington.
Enjoy!
Blue Skies, Happy Landings.

This is what I had to crawl through to get to the nose.
And here's the Mustang........
