i cant get the aaa mod download any where i found a torrent on pirate bay but no one is seeding can someone help me out finding the mod or is it no longer available

This is where most of the AAA mods went- Thats into the HSFX mod pack.

If you are looking for the AAA UI download or torrent download
It is no longer available as it has been put into HSFX.
So look here and you will get the AAA UI and all that is in HSFX.
