how could you create new effect parts?

Hi all,

I was wondering if I could add some effects to the game.
I was using Holy grails ChampionFX's plutonium mod and I changed some smoke files.
I wanted to make a thick smoke contrail with a lot of fire. like here at 3:23

I made the thick smoke and fire but the smoke also needs to get thinner sometimes, I think I can do that by making 2 smoke contrails. 1 thick one that stops sometimes, and 1 that is thin and continious. But when I go to the .eff files I can't see how the file is linked to the damage model effect, so I can't make another. I already made the thick smoke that stops sometimes. And I think plutonium mod has added effect parts to the napalm effect, how is this possible?
I would also like to change the ship smoke, to be more like the smoke you see at 2:17 in the youtube vid.
And a little bit more fire for bombs hitting objects, although I'm going to try and create that without adding new effect parts.

Any chance you could share your files please? I to use plutonium fx, and love it, but i would like to have a bit more smoke.

I think the .eff link with the model damage is by java code that is contained in java files (ER98SDVFGEW8972... for example) If you know code java and found the proper files, you can link whatever .eff you like and add more effects parts, but sorry I don´t know to do that ^^ If would so, my game would looks like much more impactant!! I remember that there are two .eff for the fire air smoke, BlackHeavySPD.eff and BlackHeavyTSPD.eff If you are using only one, try to complete the smoke with the other Tongue
Would be nice if you make a damage ship smoke like that, it´s in my list to do effects but if someone make it first... I would be happy!! XD

I think I will upload the effects I changed when I'm finished with them.
Yesterday I changed the ship smoke. But I didn't make backups when I thought they were good and I changed something so they look quite strange now :-?

BlackHeavySPD.eff is for engine smoke and BlackHeavyTSPD.eff is for fuel tank smoke, so you can´t use them in one together Sad
