Hi Folks, I will try to keep this as short and sweet as possible, but bear with me as im not a computer buff or id own Ubisoft.
As some of you may know, with canon's channel map there is a problem with dovers radar masts not showing up, and yes i do know about the location of campfires being a way round that problem.
Now the question is... Is there a way of altering "the main channel Map" so that you dont have to alter the map for every mission wheather that mission is QMB or FMB...It would make life so much easier. Hopefully someone can help Thanks. Gary

I would first see if the original mapmaker is making or planning a fix.
If you want to do it yourself, I suspect it will involve a bit of time learning how to extract and edit the actors.static for the map, and add the campfires at the same locations as the towers.

It seems it would be far easier and faster to just edit the .mis files you refer to. You need only to add them once in the Full Mission Builder, then just use Windows Notepad afterwards to copy and paste the campfire lines into all your other .mis files. Would likely take only a few minutes.

Nightfighter, I just came across a thread over on SAS forum, where I learned that turning on Perfect Landscape mode can make the radar towers visible.

No idea why that should be the case, but something to try, if your rig is able to handle Perfect mode.
