Hello all simmers and modders.
I have tried to add some aircrafts in "Static display" in order to make base backgrounds more realistic but it is always a crash at 70% (.ini error).
This is how I proceed (I take the example of the F84F1).
I add these lines to stationary.ini in [StationaryPlanes] para:
F84F1 vehicles.planes.Plane$F84F1 1
I add thes lines in technics.ini in Stacionary planes section:
[F84F1]
Description F84F1
Icon Plane
Class air.F84F1
PanzerType Car
PanzerSubtype 4
PanzerBodyFront 0.006
Explode WagonMetal
According to me (and to the game!) it is not enough. Do we have to add something else? I know there is a mod by aviaskins to add some planes, but I want to choose them.In additional they have class files in their mods and some of them are in conflict (JSGME told me that, and Winmerge told me that the files are not the same. I can not insert these classes without loosing something in another place!)
If somebody knows how to add "Static" aircrafts, even if it is longer than the class files insertion, and if it is not a secret, would you please share this info?
