New : I/JG2 dedicated server
#1

The virtual Gruppe I/JG2 has launched its own IL-2 dedicated server. It runs on a 4.09 version with mods allowed (please, note there is one restriction : try not to use modded squadron markings ; prefer the ones from original list). Server will be upgraded when 4.10 is out.

You can join players in our missions via HypperLobby on the server named “JG2~Dedicat-SRV”.

We offer the possibility to use a TeamSeak3 public server for these flights, to reinforce immersion (server.1jg2.net:9987 - Password is given by message when entering our IL-2 server).

All mission briefings are in English language...

In addition, a page with statistics is available at the following address : HERE

We try to reproduce our historical flight spirit through these missions ; so we decided to set realism options at a maximum level.

Please read briefings carefully before playing : every mission includes several objectives to achieve ; they are well balanced between blue and red sides...

We tried to make available a consistent plane set through every mission, in order to be historically accurate...

Various missions and theatres of operations are proposed in our server now (Normandy, Desert, Kuban, Italy...). Some more will be added soon (Norway, Bessarabia, Finland...).

We hope you will enjoy flying on the JG2~Dedicat-SRV, and we wish you enjoyable flights and maximum fun on our server, in the courtesy and pleasure of the community flight.

Cheers, Big Grin
