Whenever I enable the "Stock 4.09m" and run IL-2, everythings in Russian. I got the fix for it, but it didn't work...
I'm running on Windows 7 and I do have UP 2.0 installed.

I remember I had the same problem some months ago when I installed HSFX. 4.09m or 4.08m was in Russian, I had a patch for it. I will have a look tonight at home...
