Hi Guys,

actually we have (thx at this point to all involved Modders) a lot of modified/new flyable planes.

Just a question: Is it possible, that someone can free the TGA-Files to design an individual Cockpit,
(i.e. BF 109, Spitfire Types)

On EZ 42 Gyro Revi from FW 190 late, I have modified/improved (IMHO) the lether-optic, and pinned a photo of my Darling on it.

Now I would love to design more Cockpits for myself, so can you understand my point of the question?

Or is there a danger, where cheating could be possible?

I am not sure that I quite understand what you are asking so I will ask.
Do you want to make new textures (skins) for the cockpit, for the cockpit to look different? Or you are asking is it possible to make 3D parts of the cockpit?


And I think that’s not cheating, only you will see your new cockpit, but that don’t affect flight or damage model of the plane. Even it is all 3D new parts.

I would only change the 2D textures... like paintin' my rooms at home.

That would be so cool... i.e. I were a hippie, I would paint Cockpit in Flower Style. lol


So, could someone please extract the texture files of the planes, so I could individual design
every Cockpit of my choise for a 'like at home' feeling?

I think it would be a good idea to skin the cockpits used by the 'new' planes, such as a black version of the B-25 cockpit for the Fw-200. This may not be possible. I'm wondering-is it only possible to have one cockpit file of the same kind?
