Someone needs to......

Come up with a way to select multiple stick profiles from within the sim... even if it is only on the 3 primary axis.. pitch , roll & yaw... It would be useful if that profile could be tied to specific planes... even if there were only 3 choices...

Say you could have the option to set up 3 profiles and assign any 3 planes to them.. That way it wouldn't get too cluttered.. You could assign one profile say for the Mustangs.. since they require slightly different elevator settings.. one for the 190... and one for some other mount..... Now I know that the stick settings are in the conf file.. but I cant figure out how to switch them in the sim... even if it could go into IL2 joy 2 key.

You could name the profile whatever you wanted... and call it up from the same screen that you select your weps & convergence...

Think that is doable?

Also... speaking of convergence... right now it is in multiples of 25... multiples of 10 would be nice.... Smile

Absolutely agree with this.

If this works then we could maybe somehow link the convergence with a type of plane as well.

Yeah thats a good idea too... see this thread at UBI.. it is about 2 or 3 years old I think... but back then things were different... Y'see I also think that if you guys could come up with these type of things as well... it would be a good thing.... I think the changes in the QMB you fossk made sound PDG.... as do some of the other things I saw... I still have not tried them yet for the reasons I stated.. but you guys are doing some good work .... I have to admit that there is some good stuff in there regardless to how I may feel about the potential for bad stuff... I think it is better to concentrate on the good stuff.... and water it so that that is what grows....

This is a WONDERFUL idea! If it is possible it should DEFINITELY be done. I like this, ALOT Big Grin

How about this:

It's quite rudimentary, but still...
