Is it possible to increase the distance between the two Pacific Islands?
If so how can i do it? What do i need to manage this?

Yes, you could do this. You'd have to convert the map_c file into something to work with first. Then throw all the various map files into layers in GIMP or PS, and increase the canvass size. Move the islands apart, and save everything back to individual map_ files. The map_c woill need to be reconverted to make a table for it.

Of course you could make better islands instead
