Basically you don't have to do the Rapidshare, wait 2 minutes to download, you can register for free, or not at all, but if you register you can see how many downloads yo've had with all or one of your files, it's very fast up and down speed, and guys, I've used it, and it works brilliantly.
Please try it.
Oh and each file can be 100mb, and no restrictions on how many you have, or bandwidth per-month either!
